Key Areas of Focus
Partnerships Development
Ever wondered how deals get made in the development sector? Here’s your chance to find out. Trainees will:- Identify and nurture partnerships to drive growth and stakeholder engagement.
- Conduct due diligence and pitch investment opportunities.
- Manage proposal pipelines from start to finish.
- Research markets to uncover new opportunities and engage donors.
- Negotiate agreements with partners and investors. But here’s where it gets controversial: How do you balance financial goals with social impact?
Project Implementation Support

- Possess strong research, writing, and presentation skills, along with interpersonal skills, creativity, and empathy.
- Have experience in small business management, startups, or investment sectors.
- Be a self-starter with project management and leadership experience.
